Terms & Conditions:
 
1) We run our feedback on eBay's automated system. Once feedback is left for the seller, feedback for the buyer will automatically be posted. If you have a query with your order please contact us before leaving feedback and we will resolve any queries swiftly.
 
2) We do not provide a paper VAT invoices with orders. Please use the VAT invoice provided via email at purchase or alternatively we can email you a pdf copy at request. Please quote your name and ebay order number in the message to us, this will enable us to process your request quicker.
 
3) All photo's displayed are for illustration purposes, colours and packaging may vary slightly from the picture shown. We update our listing regularly and any major differences will be annotated in the description. All pictures shown are copyrighted to GC Abrasives Limited.
 
4) If you have any queries regarding your order after purchase, please contact us. We can resolve many issues without the need for opening an eBay resolution case.
 
5) We will only ship to the specified countries as stated in the auction and for the postage on offer at that time.
 
6) For Tracked/Signed for items including International Track/Signed for, before signing for your package it is imperative that the package is checked for damage and signs of tampering/opening. If this is the unfortunate case, do not sign for the package and return to sender and inform us as soon as possible where we can work on a solution.
 
7) Once items have been signed for you are signing to say that you have received your ordered items from us, in good order. We accept no liability after the order has been delivered and it is the responsibility of the buyer to issue a claim to the relevant delivery company.
 
8) As per Term & Condition 4, we can resolve many issues without a dispute. If you do feel the need to open a dispute without contacting us we will abide by the dispute rules. At this point we will also submit a report to eBay so this is recorded for future references.
 
9) All orders are sent with delivery or tracking confirmation, a signature may be required on certain orders. Delivery confirmation and tracking shows we have fulfilled our part of the Distance Selling Regulations by ensuring your item is delivered to the address you provide.
 
10) In the event that a non-delivery claim by the buyer is raised the GPS co-ordinates of the delivery will be confirmed by Royal Mail once the Buyer submits their claim. If there is an irregularity between the GPS co-ordinates and the Delivery Address, we will provide a replacement or refund. If the GPS co-ordinates match the delivery address we will be unable to refund or replace any item and the buyer must submit their claim to Royal Mail as this will be classed as mail theft or fraud. We will also submit a report to Action Fraud.
 
11) If an orders tracking information shows no delivery or the tracking stops we will assume the package is lost in transit after 10 working days from the date of dispatch or from the last tracking update. This is in line with Royal Mail and Courier terms & conditions in the event of any un-natural delay. If a faster more secure postage method is required we do have multiple options within our listings to provide this service to ensure faster delivery if an item is required urgently.
 
12) For International Deliveries all items are sent Tracked/Signed for. All customs information is electronically recorded from the point of sale and can not be amended. The purchase price also includes the cost of delivery as this is a service purchased. It is the buyers responsibility to account for any Customs or additional Charges that they may incur.
 
13) Any International order that is returned to us for any reason other than a customer return for defects will not have the postage cost refunded.
 
14) 99% of the time we can resolve issues quickly, please do not hesitate to contact us, no question is left unanswered. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response as we will investigate further before responding.
 
15) If you do not agree with the terms and conditions stated here, you may withdraw from the contract at any point before your order is dispatched. Once an order is dispatched this acknowledges acceptance of the terms and conditions.
