To prevent fraud we only dispatch goods to the address of the person who has made the payment. Dispatch to a different address will only be done if requested from the email address of the account used for payment. Customers can expect delivery of their order 3 to 10 days following payment depending on the postage service selected.

Rosary-making cannot guarantee postal delays will not occur. Customers who require urgent delivery of their order should consider requesting Royal Mail’s next day delivery service. Rosary-making does not accept responsibility for postal delays due to exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, ash clouds, industrial action.
 
It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a full and accurate address for the deliviery of their order. rosary-making does not accept responsibility for the non reciept of goods where the customer has provided an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address.
 
CANCELLING AN ORDER
 
Orders may be cancelled, and refund issued at any time up to dispatch.
 
Payment of orders cancelled before will be refunded within 3 working days.
 
Where payment has been made by cheque or postal order, rosary-making will return cheques and postal orders that have not already been processed. Where cheques or postal orders have been processed, refunds will be issued within 7 working days.
 
Refunds will normally be made through the same service as the original payment was made
 
Following the dispatch of on order customers may return unwanted goods.
 
RERURNING UNWANTED GOODS Unwanted items can be returned for exchange or full refund provided they are returned within 45 days of purchase. Items must be returned in "as new condition" before any refund is made.
