    To return an unwanted item, call us on 02476 389051 or send us a message via eBay. We will then send you a returns form via email, to include in the returning package. You have 7 working days to inform us of the return (via email or phone) and then another 14 days to return the item to us via trackable, recorded and insured delivery. Returned items are to be sent back to us at the customer's expense, but upon safe return we will then refund the original item cost and the original cost of delivery as well. Refunds are fully processed within 31 days, but we aim to get refunds completed within 5 days.
