I obtain my parts from end of life vehicles and salvage companies/breakers for repair and refurbish.

After confirming with a representative from the Government Environment Agency as I do not scrap parts, I do not need a Local Authority Scrap Metal Dealer Site registration number or waste carrier licence. Also as I do not store any hazardous materials including batteries, oil, liquids, etc, I therefore do not need an Environment Agency Environmental Permit.

I certify that all my selling activities will comply with all EU laws and regulations.
