Returning a fully functioning product: You are entitled to return a product for a refund within a maximum of 7 calendar days after receipt of your order. You will be refunded the price of the product, provided that the item is received intact and in a fully resalable condition (Packaging undamaged and all accessories included in the return). Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please follow the Returns Procedure outlined below. Returning a faulty product: If an item develops a fault within the warranty period, please email ebay@apple4less.eu in order to obtain a Return Material Authorisation(RMA) form. This form must be fully completed and returned with the faulty product. If an item is received without an RMA form we cannot process the return because we won’t have any contact information or any details on the fault. With returns it is important to be aware of the following: • All returns are fully inspected by our staff and in the case of them being faulty, may be repaired depending on the fault itself. • All cost of returning a faulty item will be covered by Apple4Less. • If a returned item is found to be functioning, the shipping costs will be covered by the buyer • Under no circumstances will we ship advance replacements. Returned products must be booked into our system prior to a replacement being sent or a refund processed. As a security precaution, please note the following: • All our items are issued with a warranty sticker. Returns will only be accepted with this sticker fully intact on the returned item.
