Terms and conditions of the sale
You have 2 working days from receiving your order to inform us of any damage that has occurred, we will not accept any claims after this period. We will require a photo of the damage and all packaging. Most items excluding special request orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving. The item must be in as new condition with all original packaging. You must keep ALL the packaging that the item arrived with, if you dispose of the packaging you must ensure the item is suitably packaged for a courier to collect. If for any reason you wish to return your item within 14 days of purchase then you can with our no quibble refund or exchange Once returned will refund the item cost not original shipping fee, the refund will be minus a return shipping cost. Please contact us in advance and we can advise how much this will be
We will not accept returns of any item that has been modified or adjusted in any way outside of what is set in the instructions by the manufacturer, modifying an item is also void of any warranty or repair.

Delivery
Unless stated otherwise every delivery is a one man kerbside delivery only.
We do rely on outside companies and suppliers for our deliveries so delivery times and schedules vary depending on where they are being shipped from, We cannot be held financially responsible for any mistimed or failed delivery.
If an item is out of stock when ordering we will inform you of an expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable we will advise you of an alternate item or you may cancel the order.
You will be responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to your door. We can only deliver the goods to the address on the order. The goods will need to be signed for before they are left. Any damage to the goods, shortages, or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery. You have 48 hours to notify us of any damaged items.
 
Returns
Damages must be noted on the delivery note. We will not accept any return without us authorising it before hand, you must supply us with photographic evidence of any damaged item. Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted. You must keep ALL the packaging the item arrived with. It is your responsibility to check the number of packages you are signing for and note any difference on the delivery note. All damages or accessories missing must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. It is your responsibility to inform us within 48 hours of any damages or shortages or if any of the goods supplied are incorrect.We will not accept liability for goods lost, damaged or accessories missing unless we are notified within 48 hours.
