We aim to ship all items bought Monday to Friday before 3pm GMT the same working day. This excludes UK Holidays.

If the item is faulty please provide us with exact details of the problem by email.

We must receive the original item back to us to confirm the fault before we can issue a refund or replacement.

If a UK consumer customer has simply “changed their mind” or ordered the incorrect goods (Within 14 days of receipt), then the customer must pay the return postage.

Only the standard outbound postage will be refunded.
