DESPATCH TIMES
We strive to despatch all items within one business day of payment being received. We do not ship on Saturday, Sundays or public holidays in the UK.

We accept Paypal.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
We welcome customers from most corners of the globe. Unless otherwise stated, items for intenational customers are sent by Airmail Small Packet. Please note Airmail Small Packet service does not allow items that are longer than 600mm or a combined L+W+H of 900mm. If items are longer/bigger than this we must send the item by courier (which is usually more expensive than Airmail - we strongly advise you to ask for a shipping quote prior to buying to avoid any nasty surprises! Airmail Small Packet service is NOT trackable. If you wish for your international parcel to be trackable then you can request this as an option in your invoice from us. It starts at around £6.00 and is available to about 30 countries worldwide.
NOTE - eBay and Airmail's claimed delivery times are often not acheived (especially around Christmas). This is no fault of ours! We will refund or replace items that fail to be delivered but before this you must wait 30 days from despatch date to assume that the item is lost. We thank you for your patience with this. Refunds or replacement items will Not be issued (regardless of whether a claim has been intiated) unless you have allowed your item 31 days to be delivered.
RETURNS
If you change your mind you may return your item wihtin 31 days of the date of receipt. PLease use the ebay returns process. If the item has been fitted and/or used it cannot be returned.
MISSING ITEMS
From time to time goods get lost in the postal system. It doesn't happen often but when it does we know it's frustrating. We ask you to remain patient for 30 days folowing despatch - by all means let us know if you suspect it has gone missing before this time has elapsed. If after 30 days your goods have still not arrived then we can either refund you all costs incurred or send a replacement (if it is in stock). If you do not inform us of missing goods within 30 days of purchase we cannot refund or replace any goods.
DAMAGED GOODS OR GOODS MISSING FROM ORDER
Please inform us within 48 hours of receipt of goods of any damage or any items that are missing from your order. We will not accept any responsibility for damage or missing items claims outside this time limit.
