Damages Policy
 
1. All items must be checked for damages on delivery. All damaged items must be refused and sent back with the driver / courier.
2. If you reject the item, we can make a claim against the courier and send you a replacement straight away.
Please note should you fail to comply with the points above, we cannot refund or replace any items.
 
Delivery Policy
 
1. Please leave a contact number with all orders. This is an essential requirement from the courier. No phone number means no delivery.
2. Buyer is responsible to make sure someone is available to accept delivery as a signature will be required.
3. No items will be left without a signature.
4. We will only deliver to the address on your eBay order.
5. We will only attempt 1 delivery. It then becomes a failed delivery and a second delivery charge will be applied to cover our costs of item to be resent.
6. We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours. In some cases, items are dispatched within 48 hours.

5. Any painted parts or not in original condition will not be accepted as a return.
