• We make every effort to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, items purchase before 12 noon generally go out that day (Exc. weekends and bank holidays). • Depending on what you buy, when you buy it and how much it weighs, items will be sent by Royal Mail 1^st / 2^nd class, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured), City-Link 24hr (Insured) or Parcelforce 48hr (Insured).

RETURNS

We offer a seven day no questions asked returns policy on the understanding that the following criteria have been met:

• Any product returned must be in its original re-saleable condition with original packaging with tags if applicable
• Items must not have been used or modified

• You will be refunded your entire purchase price (postage and packaging not included unless otherwise agreed)
• Items to be returned at your cost unless otherwise agreed within 14 days of original purchase date
