Return within 7 days of receipt allowed if you change your mind - please contact us in the first instance. Item should be unworn/used, and customer will pay for cost of returning. We will refund full cost of item plus initial posting or a replacement/alternative product. In the case of the item arriving in a faulty condition, we will pay for return postage, along with a full refund for item and initial postage - or replacement. Customer must advise us of this as soon as possible - and quite often an email photo of damage will suffice (rather than having to return it)
