All our jewellery is up to the British hallmarking standard where necessary. We guarantee the it is made to the highest quality. Please note, weights - colors - and dimensions can vary slightly, all are approximate and extremely small . In the unlikely event this does not meet your expectations, pleases contact use by email  so we can resolve the problem.

Please note, this item was in stock at the time it was advertised. We do sell our stock at other outlets, there is a very small possibility it may have sold. As a "sold as new item" we can normally replace these in about fourteen days. If this does happen we will inform you by email, and wait for your reply. If this is a preowned piece of jewellery, these  are one of pieces and can not be replaced.

We prefer paypal please, we do not add extra to our customers for paypal transactions. We accept on-line payments using you credit card or debit card via paypal. we also accept cheques, postal orders, and bank drafts. Overseas buyers, paypal only please. All goods will be posted on clearance of cheques. Full payment within seven days please. All items over £500, bankers draft only please.

Return policy

We are 100% committed to customers satisfaction, goods can be returned within seven days and all money returned if it has been described wrongly, or in the unlikely event does not meet your expectations. Please contact us by email so we can resolve the problem. We always try to describe all our items accurately and truthfully. Please note, no refunds can be given for items that have been re-sized, damaged, or tampered with in any way. In the event of a return, goods must come back with the original packing materials. They must come back buy Royal mail special delivery at buyers cost. ( UNLESS GOODS ARE FAULTY) We are sorry but we can not accept returns on earrings or body jewellery.

Post and packing

My standard shipping method is Royal mail recorded signed for post, this does not cover jewellery for loss or damage. We stongley recomend you select special delivery for high price goods.
