However, if you find that that they are not suitable for any reason then please return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or an exchange. We kindly ask that you return them unworn with both the item and their original packaging (i.e. a shoe box if applicable) in the same condition in which you received them. Please note that if the shoes are sent to you in a shoe box then any deliberate damage to the box i.e. taping around the edges to use as outer packing, will incur a deduction from any refund.
We recommend that you use a Tracked or Recorded service to return the parcel as Ebay’s Standard Returns Policy requires all parcels to be sent recorded and any returned goods are the responsibility of the Buyer until they have reached us.

If you would prefer to use an alternative courier then please note that we will only reimburse to the value of £4.20.
