If the item has been sent in error or is damaged upon arrival please contact us immediately, we will arrange for a new item to be sent and for the faulty/damaged item to be returned at no further cost to you.

The returns policy does not apply to used clubs or custom/special orders (i.e. clubs ordered or adjusted from standard).

Please include a copy of your original EBay Sales Invoice and returns reference, clearly explaining what action you would like us to take.
