Delivery Time

Customers should expect to receive delivery in 2-5 working days after receipt of order, provided payment is received before 2.00pm. Although every effort is made to achieve delivery in 2-5 working days, during busy periods this may be delayed, so please allow up to 7 working Days.

Intersales Music Limited is under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timescales. If the courier has attempted to deliver your item and has left a card you must contact the couriers direct. If we have had an item returned back to us due to non-communication on your part, you will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

We hold the right to the opportunity of 3 chances to repair or replace any item or part there of before a refund is considered. Refunds only given if product is found to be faulty through manufacturer default or fair wear and tear.
