Katseye Online Product Making Training

Our online training is run by our own team of professional trainers – and enables you to train wherever you live, at the time you wish and in the comfort of your own home.

The Katseye Online Consultant Training is an on-line course and is delivered in three modules. Each participant is assigned a Katseye Tutor who is responsible for supporting them throughout the course and giving feedback on each area of assessment.

At the end of the three modules you will have a fully insurable professional qualification enabling you to make therapeutic grade aromatherapy products for retail or clinical use.

Main aims of Course:

The Katseye Online Consultant Training serves as an in-depth guide to Katseye Blends and teaches participants to make safe and effective products and treatments using the Blends for their own personal use, their practice or for gifts or resale.

Understanding of the Blends and application of the knowledge gained is demonstrated through submission of (i) modular assessments and (ii) 3 case studies, which follow through the diagnosis and treatment of 3 clients. These assessments and case studies provide the basis of the Katseye Online Consultant Training.

Successful participants will receive a Katseye Consultant Certificate on completion of the assessments and case studies with a view to Katseye Consultants being able to apply for membership of certain membership bodies.

For those wishing to build their own retail business - you will learn everything you need to make top grade products for retail, including labelling and you can be assured that we have negotiated full product liability insurance which is available to all who successfully complete their training. You will also be able to become a member of "Katseye" which offers full ongoing support in all aspects of building a successful busines for just £3 per month (payable to Katseye Training)

For professional therapists

Massage therapists can learn to make their own therapeutic grade massage oils - Beauty therapists can learn to make their own cosmetic products - Indeed, any therapist can add a whole new dimension to their clinical practice as a result of this training knowing that Katseye Blends is recognised by most professional bodies in the UK - for many it is a free add-on to your existing insurance but we have arrangements with numerous insurers if this is not the case for you - The Katseye Online Foundation Course is a recognised qualification in its own right as a complementary therapy and is recognised as such by most professional bodies - Katseye Blends is also a corporate member of the Aromatherapy Trade Council. Successful completion of your training also qualifies you for membership of "Katseye" for a subscription of just £3 per month - your first three months are free - which entitles you to ongoing support in all aspects of building a successful business and includes help and advice in all areas - regular updates, inclusion in our online directory, preferential rates for "Premier Therapists" and much more. 

You will also be offered discounted starter kits (required for the training) - 3 are available - essential oil blends, carriers, containers. Full kits are also available and, on successful completion of your training, you will be able to buy Katseye Therapeutic blends at a substantial discount. 

Course details

Our online training is presented in 3 modules. Each Module is accessed through our own training website and comprises a teaching document containing the main content for each module plus training assessment questions, audio interviews with Chris Katsis and already qualified Katseye Consultants and a product making video. You are required to complete each Module within 6 weeks and return your work to your Tutor. Once you have successfully completed your modular assessment, you will be given access to the following Module. At the end of the three Modules you will be required to submit 3 case studies giving details of how you have diagnosed and made essential oil products for 3 individuals over the space of 3 treatments.

Module One introduces Katseye Blends and looks at Client Care, Blend Carriers, and you learn to make water based products. You will also learn about Katseye Blends for the Immune and Respiratory Systems and First Aid.

Module Two covers safety, hygiene and storage of oils, looks in more depth at using effective and appropriate carriers and you learn how to make products using lotions, creams and oils. You will also learn about Katseye Blends for Female Balance, Stress and Pain Relief.

Module Three shows you how to make up unique and personalised products following the procedures taught in Modules 1 and 2. You also receive a comprehensive A-Z Guide and learn to make products from “solids” such as a body scrub. You will also learn about Katseye Blends for Energy, Sports, Skin and Hair Conditions and our Specialist Blends.

On successful completion of the course, you will be issued with your certificate and provided with all information you may need/require. The course is recognised by many professional bodies and may well be a free add-on to your existing insurance policy. Alternatively, we have arrangements with numerous insurers and can also offer a unique, stand alone policy offering comprehensive product liability insurance for those intending to develop a retail rather than a therapy based business. Three months free membership of "Katseye" is also included which entitles you to free updates, newsletter, advice in all areas relating to Katseye and product making, inclusion in our online directory and much more.

Katseye Blends is recognised in its own right therefore no previous knowledge or qualification is required 

Course Fee

1 payments of £238 to be paid at the beginning of Module 1, and £100 at the beginning of modules 2 and 3 giving you an overall total of £438

Cost of essential oil blends and containers/carriers is extra. Cost of blends can be spread out over the three modules. As a guideline a Module One Starter Kit costs £37.50 and contains 5 essential oil blends and is mandatory for this Module. Other options are also available. Containers and carriers can be purchased through Katseye Training or sourced elsewhere.
