Terms and conditions of the sale
Payment.
 
1. For online payments we accept ALL major credit & debit cards through Paypal's secure website. We also accept Bank Transfer
2. For postal payments we accept cash only. All cash payments must be sent to our mailing address by first class recorded post.
3. We accept no liability for cash whilst in transit
4. We do not accept cheques, postal orders or payments sent by any other method.

Delivery.
 
1. All goods (electronic & physical)will be dispatched within 0-12 hours of receiving cleared payment (unless otherwise stated).
2. Delivery charges for physical goods & return of mobile handsets is
upto £7.50 within the UK
upto £10.00 for rest of Europe.
upto £15 for rest of world
3. Standard UK delivery is arranged through Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery/Special Delivery (for higher value items). A signature will be required on receipt of goods. If a delivery is unsuccessful, then a card is left to arrange collection or redelivery. Delivery can be as fast as the next working day, but please allow up to 5 working days.
4. Worldwide delivery is arranged through UK Royal Mail International Recorded Delivery. A signature will be required on receipt of goods. Delivery times can vary , from 5-21 working days.

Payments made online will be handled by Paypals Secure Server. On this form, all credit / debit card details are transmitted using SSL, the universally recognized security system for transmitting encrypted information over the Internet. All customer details sent to us via post are shredded before being disposed of.
 
Cancellation.
 
1. Orders for unlock codes, unlocking & debranding software & iphone unlock solutions can not be canceled once submitted to our supplier.
2. Orders for physical goods can be canceled & returned within 7 days of purchase providing they are in perfect condition & have not been opened or used. For full details of our return policy please see below.
3. Our terms & conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
 
Return Policy.
 
We operate a 30 days return period as explained below.
 
All the products on sale from unlockingshop.co.uk have met our high quality-control standards. However, if you find a defect with any product purchased, please let us know via our contact form or by telephoning us on +44 (0)7917 729260
 
Goods which are defective on receipt can be returned for a full refund or replacement. Goods found to be defective within 7 days will be replaced.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.
 
We do not operate a try before you buy policy. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a perfect condition suitable for re-sale in the original packaging and having not been used. These goods can be exchanged for other products, subject to the difference in costs being addressed along with a postage fee, or refunded, less postage and packing. A handling fee of 15% will be made. However any unlocking clips, debranding packs, unlock packs, spy phones, stealth phones or any other one time use items are exempt from this, as our policy is not to supply these types of items to be used by the customer then returned for refund or exchange, unless found to have a manufacturing fault.
 
Refunds by Paypal. are made to the same email address that was used for the purchase.
 
Please contact us before opening a Paypal dispute if you are unhappy with your purchase. Opening a Paypal dispute will only prolong the time taken to resolve any problems you may have.
 
The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights which are not affected.
 
Fraud.
 
unlockingshop.co.uk will not tolerate any attempts to obtain goods by fraudulent means. Any fraudulent action will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Barred phones.
 
unlockingshop.co.uk do not unbar phones that are reported lost/stolen or are subject to any insurance claim. All unlocking services and equipment unlock the phones from their locked network, but if the phone is barred you need to contact your operator to find out why, as this problem can only be rectified by your service provider.
 
unlockingshop take all reasonable care to ensure that the 2nd hand mobile phones we sell have not been reported lost, stolen or are subject to any insurance claim. We use & offer a nationally recognized IMEI check service to produce a full certified report on any handset be buy/sell.
 
unlockingshop.co.uk do offer IMEI repair services but only for the purpose of repairing IMEI's that have been damaged by using fake unlock or service codes.
 
Any work carried out by third party service software is done at your own risk. unlockingshop is in no way responsible for damage caused by using third party software solutions.

Unlocking Services
 
1. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide us with 100% accurate information (IMEI, Network & Country details, Serial No's, MEP No's etc) when ordering an unlocking service. unlockingshop.co.uk does not accept any liability for incorrect unlock codes caused by providing us with inaccurate information. No refunds will be given should this be the case.
2. ALL non working unlocking services must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. This will also need to be backed up with clear video evidence showing the IMEI No (on the screen) & you entering the unlock code. This video evidence MUST be uploaded to You Tube upon request
3.No refunds will be given on unlock codes that are used on phones that have been reported lost/stolen or are subject to an insurance claim.
4. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that their phone is not hard locked or blocked from being unlocked prior to placing an order, no refunds will be given on unlock codes that can not be entered due to the handsets locks being blocked (by previously entering an incorrect code too many times)
5. Unlock codes that come back from supplier as "Not Found" will be refunded in full.
6. In some cases service providers may change the default lock codes on certain handsets, should this be the case then we will offer you a free postal unlock subject to receiving clear video evidence our unlock codes do not work.
