Shipping Policy:

We are based in UK. All items are shipped from our warehouse in the south of England.

We aim to deliver items within 2 - 5 working days in UK, within 7 - 10 working days in Europe and within 10 - 15 working days for the rest of the World.

If you miss the courier, they will leave a card. Please contact them as soon as possible to arrange either collecting your order from their depot or to arrange a redelivery.

What do I do if my order turns up damaged?

All our products are sent in a secure packaging. We check all our products before we send them, all our products are shipped in 100% perfect condition. You MUST check the item BEFORE you sign for it. If you receive your item in anything less than perfect condition you must sign for the package as "damaged" and notify us within 24 hours by eBay message. If you do not sign for the package as damaged and contact us within 24 hours of signing for your order, we cannot be held responsible for any damages to your item. We will always replace a damaged item if we have enough stock, if we do not we will issue a full refund.
