Payment
UK bidders can pay with paypal, personal cheque or postal order. Items will not be dispatched until funds clear (including Paypal echeques).
International bidders – paypal only
Postage of your item
Every effort is made to post items as soon as they are paid for, mostly this will be the next working day. However it is not always possible hence why our dispatch time is 2 working days. Once item has been dispatched, you should receive an email saying so.
We often use a courier service such as TNT, UPS or DHL when items are high value and this is a often better method (faster and cheaper) than Royal mail / parcelforce.
Smaller items are sent 1st class recorded delivery unless specified otherwise.
Collect in Person – all items can be collected but this needs to be arranged before arriving at the yard.
International Bidders
We welcome buyers from out with the UK. Please note the following conditions;
1. Paypal is the only payment method we accept from international buyers.
2. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges incurred. We will not make any false declarations on customs forms. Any buyer asking for this to happen will be reported to eBay and the transaction will be cancelled.
3. Items always sent with tracking (international signed for (small items), courier tracking for large items)
Returns / Exchanges
We appreciate that sometimes the item may not be suitable for a variety of reasons (damaged during shipping, different part number to what you needed etc). We are always happy to work issues out.
Please get in touch first via eBay messaging before looking to eBay returns. If you go to eBay returns, I cannot process any exchanges only refunds. Hopefully eBay will rectify this at some point! We have a large stock so often I can send a replacement – this tends to be what customers prefer.
