Same day dispatch refers to the working week only Monday to Friday.Next day deliveries also refer to Working Days Monday to Friday it is at the discretion of the courier companies weather or not items are put out for delivery on Saturday's we can not guarantee Saturday delivery .We always book courier deliveries for the option selected by the customer but occasionally delays can occur, we are not responsible for this and can not claim against the couriers for this therefore can not refund postage costs, Please order well in advance as we can not pay out for days booked off work or missed slots booked at a Garage if an item is delayed in transit . When items posted with UK Mail please see your tracking details that will be uploaded on dispatch if you are not going to be home on the expected delivery day Click through to the UK Mail Manage my delivery as there are options to change delivery or give details of a safe place to leave the item .
 
Please be aware that at certain times of year we may encounter adverse weather conditions and can not be held accountable for any delays in deliveries by the couriers due to this. Please be patient if there are any problems due to the weather conditions or at busy periods (eg Xmas ).
 
Courier costs & delivery dates are for U.K mainland only, postage to Higlands and Islands take longer and a premium applies.
Anything weighing less than 2 Kg is usually sent by Hermes Couriers 3-5 working days.
 
Next working day deliveries can be arrainged at extra cost contact us for details.
 
Only items ordered and payed for before 12 noon will be sent same day (next day delivery).
Anything ordered after this time will go on to next working day (Monday - Friday).
Couriers don't collect from us at the weekend (or bank holiday's) , so anything bought after noon Friday will be dispatched Monday.
Anything over 30 kilograms will be delivered on a pallet and same day booking may not always be possible.
But the item will be booked for next day collection (provided payments cleared).
And is not a next day delivery service, so it may be a few days before you receive the goods.
Sorry but we cannot send to Highlands, Islands or Northern Ireland for the same price, so you'll need to ask for a quote.

At any point you can go on My Hermes or Yodel's website to see the expected delivery date.
And will have an option to collect from depot or change delivery date.

Couriers makes 2 attempts to deliver (you will have been carded and a photo taken of your front door) and then return to us, incurring charges to ourselves.
If we have to redeliver or you wish to cancel at this point, we would have to charge postage or deduct charges from your returns refund.
 
Refunds will only be issued once a return request or cancellation agreement has been accepted and the part has been returned and inspected. All our parts are security marked before packaging. Parts returned that are damaged, without our markings or have been fitted will not be refunded. Original and return shipping costs will not be refunded if you bought wrong item or change your mind.
If however the item is faulty shipping costs will be refunded as per E bay rulings.
If you are unsure on fitting your item we recommend you use a qualified competent mechanic but if you wish to attempt the job yourself you can contact us for advice we are available by Phone Mon - Thurs 9-5 Fri 9-4 out of office hours you can ask seller a question via Ebay messages .
Goods damaged by incorrect fitting can not be returned .
 
We cannot check compatibility against specific registration numbers. Ideally this needs to be done by a main dealer but you could also look your own parts up on this online parts catalogue (information may not be 100% accurate):
 
We strongly advise that you have already checked which part number you need for your car before ordering an item. You could do this with a main dealer or by checking the part number on your old part. You can then search our shop listings to see if we have the part number you need. We cannot list all these variations in the listing title so using the part number search is the best way to see if we have the part you need!
 
Returns on ecu, bsi transponder kit's. All these units are tested and proved to be working before removal from the car. All these items are marked & sealed in clear bags with all part number's clearly visible. And part numbers must be checked for compatibility before the bag is opened. If the part numbers do not match then don't plug it into your car. We cannot accept returns on ecu kit's that have been opened.
 
We may be able to check compatibility on certain parts if you can supply us your full 17 digit chassis number without spaces.
 
Items such as bulbs, timing belts/chains, gaskets, rubber seals any other perishable/replacement items sold as part of an item, and are not included as part of the sales warranty and these should be changed before fitting. We are not responsible for any installation or removal costs or pre-installation costs such as lubricants seals gaskets etc of any item bought from us. 90 Day warranty on items such as engine only covers main mechanical parts, ie: crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, valves, cams, bearings / shells. Not chains, tensioner's, pumps, seals or gaskets. Warranty does not cover installation or removal costs of any item bought from us. Warrantied items should also be fitted by a qualified Peugeot / Citroen specialist and warranty only covers parts installed in the correct vehicle and installed correctly.
 
We cannot insure glass in the postal system. But it is a popular sales item. And as with all items you are welcome to collect in person. But we are prepared to send it out, only if the buyer accepts the loss if the glass panel is broken in transit
 
If any parcel appears to be damaged on delivery please advise the driver that you wish to sign for the item as damaged , take photo's of the packaging before unwrapping and the detailed pictures of packaging materials and damage to the item these pics must be submitted to us by Email without detailed pictures we can not make a claim against the courier.
 
Car body panels are stored in close proximity and may pick up storage scratches since the picture was taken. It would be best to make esquires before buying as to the exact condition of a panel . We always list a highest of grade B even if the panel is mint, just in case it gets damaged in storage.
We would never send a panel that is badly damaged. But if it's light damage or scratches and is still of good value to someone, we will show in detailed pictures. And if a listing has only one picture, then it's probably as good as it looks.
