Our Commitment

• All of our products are top quality goods and sold in brand new condition unless otherwise stated.

• We have selling points in the UK, China, Canada and the UAE, for international refunds please contact us and we will provide you with the nearest returns address.

• We describe our goods accurately, giving as much detail as possible. If you require more information, please contact us.

• We are committed to giving our customers 100% satisfaction. If you have problems with any of our products, please email us in the first instance so that we may resolve them. We ask that you do this before leaving feedback.

Payment

• UK customers: We accept payments by PayPal only, unless otherwise stated.

• All our prices are inclusive VAT, A VAT receipt will be provided upon Request.

• All unpaid items will be pursued for fees after 3 days

• You are binding in a legal contract once you place an order, please don’t buy or bid if you don’t intend to complete the transaction.

• All our items are marked as immediate payment, once the product is purchased payment must be cleared with 48 hours or else your order will be cancelled. If you need extra time to pay please contact us.

Delivery

• Most of our items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.

• Heavy items are sent via (UPS, DPD or YODEL)

• Order paid for before 2pm are usually dispatched same day except bank holidays and weekends

• Items located outside the UK will have different dispatch and delivery arrangements, which will be clarified in the specific listings.

• Our estimated delivery times are accurate most the time but in some rare cases they are delayed because we use third party to deliver our products.

• Delivery times are provided by the carrier & it excludes weekends and bank holidays. These may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

• Items will be dispatched to the address listed on the buyer’s eBay/PayPal account only. If the address is incorrect or incomplete you will be liable for a second time delivery charge. Delivery cost will be as per Royal Mail pricelist.

• We do not ship to PO Box or British Armed Forces Addresses.

• Please note the mentioned postage charges does not cover some parts of UK Mainland, UK Highland & Islands and Northern Ireland, there will be an extra postage fee. Please contact us before you place an order.

• If you would like to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. We will issue full refund if the item has not been posted.

• International parcel are posted through Royal Mail, UPS or TNT. Any item with postage cost of £8.99 or lower will not be insured and we will not be responsible for any damage or loss. All other item will have tracking details and are fully insured.

• All international customers should have their address in English, so the booking system can recognize the address, failing to do so may result in delaying the shipment.

• Please note, the mentioned international rate doesn’t cover Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla in Spain and Azores and Madeira Island in Portugal, please contact us before you place an order.

Returns

• If for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 working days for a full refund excluding delivery charges and buyers will be responsible for the cost of return postage. Please note item must be in original condition unopened and unused.

• Small items with free delivery will be subject to 35% restocking fee and heavy items will be subject to £9.99 restocking fee.

• We must be notified within 14 days for items which are faulty on receipt, they should be returned to us on buyer’s expense and a refund will be issued once the fault has being confirmed by our technicians

• We offer full refund or replacement if a wrong item has been received. The item should be returned to us within 7days, and delivery charges will be covered by us.

• All our items are packed professionally, we can’t be held responsible in case of any miss-handling but we will try to solve the issue as soon as possible and send out replacement where applicable.
