Placing an order
 
On completion of placing your order online, you will receive an email acknowledgement (to the email address provided when placing the order). Please note that this does not mean your order has been accepted by us. The contract between us is formed when the order is dispatched. We reserve the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order.
 
If any products are priced in error, Legacybathroomsuk will not be bound to honour incorrect prices.
 
We strongly advise you not to arrange a date for installation until you have received all your items and are happy with them. We cannot be liable for any losses caused by delayed delivery or pre-booked installers.
 
Cancellation of orders
 
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately by telephone on 01268 546000 within office hours only. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of orders and our fast dispatch process, it is not always possible for us to act on cancellation requests sent by message before the items are dispatched.
 
If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, you will have to receive the order as normal. In these circumstances you will have to return the items yourself, refusal of the delivery could result in you being charged.
 
Shipping & handling
 
All prices on our website are inclusive of delivery charges and VAT unless otherwise stated.
 
As soon as the order has been delivered to you, you will be responsible for them. From the time of receipted delivery any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any shortages must be recorded on the consignment note at the time of delivery. If you appoint someone else to receive and sign for the goods on your behalf, you agree to advise them that the goods must be checked and you accept full responsibility for any damage or losses if they sign on your behalf.
 
If the driver attempts to deliver and there is no answer, then they will leave a calling card which will advise you how to rearrange delivery. If you fail to rearrange delivery and the order is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge for re-delivery.
 
The delivery will be made by a single driver, so please ensure at least one able bodied person is available to assist with the carrying of heavy items.
 
The driver is NOT insured to take the goods inside your property, so therefore if the items ordered are of heavy or bulky nature, it is strongly recommended that at least two able bodied persons are available to take the items inside the property.
 
Free Delivery
 
Free delivery applies to UK mainland deliveries only; we aim to deliver your items by the stated shipping method estimate but with the exception of weekends within 7-10 working days. When an order is placed on a weekend or during a public holiday, the order will be processed on the next working day and the delivery date will vary accordingly. We endeavour to deliver all orders on time, however delays are possible.
 
The date of delivery specified by us is an estimate only. We shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damages, charges or expenses caused directly or indirectly by any delay in the delivery of an order.
 
Please do not refuse delivery of items. Refusal of the delivery could result in you being charged (£10 administration fee).
 
Offshore Postcodes
 
We currently do not deliver fragile products (glass or ceramic) to offshore postcodes.

Returns
 
We understand that occasionally you may want to return an item; below are instructions on how to do so:
 
You have 30 days after the purchase date to return your item if you are not happy with your order. You have 15 days to inform us of the return and 15 days to send the item back to us. Please contact us on 01268 546000 or send us a message via eBay for a return authorisation. It is the buyer’s responsibility to send the item back to us in their original conditional and packaging, complete with all the fittings. We have the right to reject any return item that is in poor, unsalable condition.
 
Please note the postage costs for shipping the item originally is deducted from the refunded amount.
 
Refunds are processed within 14 days, though we work hard to get your refund processed within 5 working days. Please note that all refunds are debited from our account immediately but can still take up to 5 working days to show up in your account due to bank clearing processes.
 
ALL bespoke and ex-display items are non-returnable.
 
You have 30 days to return unwanted items. It is your responsibility to insure the items are returned to us and reach us in 100% resalable condition and unused. We recommend you take out carrier insurance, if the goods do not arrive in a resalable condition no refund will be made.
 
Please email us for a returns form: - returns@fnxbathrooms.com; Do not mark the boxes in any way, as this is classed as a non-resalable condition.
 
A refund will be reimbursed to you within 28 days after the cancellation date. If you are due a refund and it hasn’t been received, please contact us immediately.
 
Exchanges
 
If you wish to exchange your items, we must be notified within 30 days from when you receive the item. We will forward you a returns form, please write the item number of the item you wish to exchange it for and we will contact you for any difference in costs or any postage fees before dispatching it. If the item is less than the original order, we will refund the difference in cost.
 
Damaged on delivery
 
Please inspect your goods carefully upon delivery. If there is any damage to the packaging or the item you must make a note of this on the driver's documents and sign the delivery note as 'goods damaged', we will not accept responsibility for claims if you have not noted this at time of receipt. We are not responsible or unable to arrange a replacement for goods that have not been signed for as damaged.
 
You must email damages@fnxbathrooms.com with a photo showing the damage so we can send out a replacement ASAP
 
Shortages & picking errors
 
Please notify us within 7 days of any shortages so we can issue replacement’s where due via help@fnxbathrooms.com
 
Faulty after installation
 
If you believe your product is faulty you must contact us via eBay message or contact our customer services team and inform us of the fault, we will then ask you to send in a short video or a picture so that our technical team can examine the fault to help resolve the issue.
 
If the fault can be fixed by sending a replacement part, we will order the parts for you.
 
In some cases, we may ask you to return the item back to us so our technical team can examine the fault and repair it for free. Once the item is repaired, we will send it back to you.
 
If the fault cannot be identified or fixed from looking at the video or picture you send, we may offer a replacement item to you.
 
We will send out the correct replacement part or tap depending on the fault. Please note we are unable to send out a replacement part or tap without a short video or a picture to demonstrate the fault. If you believe your item is faulty within 30 days after the purchase date and you would like to return the item, please contact us and we will forward you a returns form to fill out. On the form you must give a detailed description of the fault.
 
All items supplied by Legacybathroomsuk come with a retailer's guarantee as specified in the listing. Receipt to be kept as proof of purchase and guarantees.
 
Our manufacturers may change the design of an item and to improve the quality of the product. If your item is covered under guarantee and the design has changed, we will send you the replacement in a new design or offer an alternative which is similar. Please note, we cannot accept a refund for an item after 30 days if the design has changed.
 
Please note, we are not liable for third party costs or damages and all goods reported as faulty will be tested by manufacturers, if it is determined the goods are not faulty or if the faults are deemed to be caused by damage or abuse then this will void any warranty and goods will be returned to you with no refund or replacement issued.
 
Please note, for international orders we can send out a replacement part for faulty items, however postage costs of replacement parts must be covered at the customer’s own expense.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawal of any product from this website; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
