Payment & Shipping-
We reserve the right as the seller not to ship an item out at our discretion in the case of this a full refund will be applied.
We provide next day delivery to the UK when full payment is received. It usually takes between 1-2 days for delivery in the UK, and 4-5 days to Europe. On request we can provide you with a tracking number / information so you can track your item.
Our shipping policy is subject to change without notice so please check carefully before clicking “Commit to Buy” (By clicking this you agree to accept our terms & conditions). Sometimes the shipping rates calculated by eBay might not be the actual shipping rate; we pay to ship the item to you. Places like Northern Ireland attract a premium shipping rate. If you are unsure about the rate please contact us for reassurance, any machines over the size limit for our courier service or in remote area will incur a larger shipping cost they may not be listed below so please contact us before purchasing to avoid false buying.
Negative feedback given for shipping charges will not be accepted. We are honest with the shipping rates and except you to take this into account. If you feel the shipping rates are not as they should be please contact us and we will sort it out for you. If for any reason your location does attract premium shipping rates, you may already know about it and shipping the item on our expense wouldn’t be fair trade (So extra shipping charges will apply).

Return Policy -

For any reason you are not happy, we offer a 7 day return policy WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.i.e. you can return the item for any reason no questions asked for a refund within 7 days WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE. All payments must be received within 7 days of the auction ending. Cheques must be drawn on a UK bank account. Please allow 5 working days for clearance of cheques from date of receipt.
After receiving your item, if you are not satisfied contact us within 7 days. Should you decide to return your item, your refund will be given as either money back or an item exchange (This is your choice) - this does not include international locations and Northern Ireland as the cost of exchange/swap service is expensive. In such cases, the RTB (Return to Base) warranty will take effect.
The buyer (you) pays for the return shipping fees both directions. If your machine needs to be returned under the RTB warranty within the warranty term, you will be required to pay for the shipping in both directions. In many cases, we can minimize your shipping costs by offering replacement parts. If you need a replacement part sent in advance, you will be required to pay a deposit of 10% of the final price for the machine(not the part) and you will have 30 days to return the original part or product in the condition received or like new (whichever is better). When sending back a machine, we require that it be sent in the original packaging, so please keep all packing materials in good condition for the duration of the warranty period.
If the part or product is damaged in transit to us, we will be unable to replace the item or part.

Damaged On Arrival - Although machines are tested at the factory before being boxed, a small percentage of machines may arrive “Dead-On-Arrival” due to various problems in transit (shaking, vibration, etc). We do not make exceptions to our conditions for DOA products - you would be required to follow our standard procedures as per above to obtain warranty repair. By purchasing one of our products on eBay, please realize that this is the small risk that you take, while this may seem inconvenient please realize that our prices are slashed by 50% compared to high street brands. If you do not accept these terms & conditions, please do not buy a machine from us via eBay.

International shipping -
International shipping is very difficult, so we recommend that you buy the highest-end machine that you can afford in order to minimize your chances of receiving a machine that will need warranty service. In the event that you do need warranty service, we are willing to swap parts, but you will be required to pay for shipping in both directions. You would also have the option to purchase parts directly in order to avoid the hassle of cross-shipping defective parts back to us. Please see below for more information on International Shipping. |
