Order Process
After you submit an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from eBay. Please make the payment within 3 days after placing your order or your order will be cancelled.
 
Prices and Payment
All prices and charges on this site are in UK pounds.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products you order, plus any applicable delivery charge.

Delivery Charges
We offer Free Standard delivery (Royal Mail 2ND Class) for UK addresses. You have options to choose Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day 1PM) for an extra charge at check out.
For addresses outside UK, you have two options: Standard Airmail (no tracking number provided) or Registered Airmail (International Signed For with a tracking number)
 
How We Deliver
Most products are delivered either by post. Larger items will be sent by courier (Collect+ or Hermes).
 
Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding bank holidays). If you order after 1.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day (including if you are offered our "next working day" premium service). Deliveries may take 7-10 working days over the Christmas, Bank Holiday and Easter periods.
 
Standard Postal and Couriers Deliveries
Standard postal and courier deliveries should arrive within 3-4 working days of placing your order (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sale periods).
 
IMPORTANT: We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
 
Please allow extra time for deliveries to Scottish islands.
 
Missing, Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. Please allow 10 working days for UK address, 15 working days for Europe address, 20 working days for rest of the world before reporting the non receipt of your item(s). If you did not receive your order within this period, please contact us via eBay or email us at kimonoknight@tokyotex.uk

Cancellations and Returns
You have 30 days to cancel after delivery, the following terms and conditions apply.
 
You will receive a full refund including delivery shipping costs. The cancellation is free of charge provided you return the product, the cost of returning the item you ordered will be your responsibility.
Please take care of any items and packing for return. You may be held responsible for faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear and a claim may be made if this occurs.
