Delivery

Note that our Packaging and Postage charges include a packing fee to cover materials, labour, transport, insurance etc. and not just the face vale of the postage paid - as a business we have to include these costs. When ordering please note that we are not responsible when items have been dispatched but not received. You will need to enquire at your local Royal Mail sorting office. To be sure of delivery you will need to pay the extra charge for Recorded Delivery and someone must be at the address given to sign for the package.

We use Royal Mail for small deliveries and UK Mail for larger items.

Goods that are in stock which are dispatched with one business day,

Fabrics and trims that are cut from a roll can't be returned unless they are faulty.
