We currently only accept payments made through a bank or PayPal. You do not have to sign up for a PayPal account and can simply make the payment through PayPal using all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Master Card and Maestro. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your credit card has been properly received.

By accepting these terms you agree that when making credit decisions we may make identity searches at credit reference agencies, including electoral register information. Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. Delivery
Delivery of products will normally be made within 2-3 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated online but delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers have any issues with despatch, we will notify you of this position immediately. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Please note that all orders will have to be checked on delivery. If there are any visible signs of damage this must be advised to us immediately via email or phone and/or on your delivery note from the courier. An item will only be considered lost once investigated and accepted by the courier or Royal Mail as missing. This in some cases can take up to 14 days to investigate. Any lost item will be replaced or refunded in full.

If a parcel is returned undelivered due to a wrong/incomplete address being provided, you will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us. In this case such charges may be deducted from any refund or charged to you directly.

Any information found on our listings is intended for guidance only. Due to the varied nature of vehicle manufacturers car production and model year breaks we cannot 100% guarantee compatibility with your vehicle. You are advised to check the vehicles audio installation, wiring or fitments prior to placing an order to ensure suitability.
However, if the part you order is later discovered to be incorrect for your particular vehicle you can always use our efficient online returns system (within 7 days) and we will gladly exchange for an alternative if required.

Do not book an installer or other tradesperson until your goods have arrived and been checked. We are not liable for any work costs you may incur.



Delivery Times
Delivery of car audio products (stock items) will normally be made within 2-3 working days from clearance of payment. We will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated online but goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes outside our control. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 14 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.

Risk
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and goods over GBP 10.00 value will, in most cases, not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

Time Limitation for Notification of Claims
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.

Shortages: It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 7 days from delivery.

Incorrect Goods: It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.

Non-Deliveries: We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card or payment account.


Product Guarantees 

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for a period of 12 months. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect and misuse*. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio heads etc.), consumables (tapes, CD's, cables, batteries, accessories, etc.) and cosmetic damage is not covered.
*Misuse also applies if the product has not been fitted by a professional installer or qualified tradesperson.

Cancellation of Orders
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days (extended to 28 Days during December) from date of delivery for full credit or refund less any applicable delivery charges. It is your responsibility to return any such items in a pristine saleable condition in their original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the return of the goods and any associated costs of return. Goods rejected at point of delivery will be refunded less original carriage charge. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable, will either be returned to you and the cost of return carriage charged to your account or credited less a 15% charge. Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 7 days from the date of delivery. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be revoked.

Our return policy is as follows:

1. We will then arrange for your item to be repaired or replaced or provide details of the manufacturers local service centre.

If goods returned under this clause are found to be in full working order, an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card or payment account before the goods can be released.

Any items are returned at your own risk. We strongly advise you to take care when returning items to us for example, by ensuring the goods are correctly addressed & adequately packaged. Items that arrive back damaged or destroyed as a result of poor packaging will not be accepted. These items will be resent to the customer at the customer's expense.
