Terms and conditions of the sale
* Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. If asking questions please be aware that we can only answer questions during these hours.
All questions and orders received late Friday or on Saturday / Sunday will be replied to or shipped on the Monday.
* All items purchased with 24 hour courier as a postal service must be aware that deliveries are only made between Monday & Friday. Should you require a Saturday delivery when using this postal service, prior arrangement will be required where a small surcharge may apply.
We will contact you in the unlikely event that items are not sent within the stated times.
* In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your item for any reason then please contact us rather than leave negative feedback.
We will try to resolve any issues promptly and fairly to keep all our customers happy. Damaged items may be returned for exchange but please contact
us first so this can be authorised. Items will not be refunded if they are returned damaged or part used so please check all orders before starting to use it.
* Feedback will be reciprocated, leave positive feedback and we will do the same.
* Items will be sent out to the address on Paypal. Please ensure that the addresses are correct on your Paypal account or items cannot be resent.
Items returned because of failure to deliver due to incorrect address or non collection from the sorting office will not be resent free of charge.
We do not refund any postage costs in the case of unwanted items for example ordering the incorrect colour. Postage will only be refunded if we ship the incorrect item.
A restocking charge of 20% may be applied if the item was sent with Free Delivery.
* Please ensure all items are paid for within 3 days from date of purchase, otherwise a case will be opened automatically.
Payment after this time could result in a delayed dispatch.
