Return/Exchanges & Cancellations
If in any event you would like to cancel/exchange any order you can do so by returning goods back to within 14 days of the original purchase (Extension over the Christmas period). The goods have to be sent back to us in the same condition they were received for Grade 1 goods or new and unused for any other. Please send your goods back to Returns/Cancellations, Cadet Tactical Supplies, 28 Brunel Drive, Hailsham, BN273FY, please ensure your goods are sent via Royal Mail and including a copy of your invoice so we know who you are. Please ask for a proof of postage when sending goods back to ensure that if goods are lost in transit you will be covered for the loss. If we send your order out to you and the goods you receive are faulty or there has been error by us we will cover the costs of the return postage (Royal Mail 2nd Class only) and getting the correct or undamaged item back out to you. If you (the customer) have ordered an incorrect item or wrong size and you would like an exchange you must ensure that you have enclosed a cheque payment for the original postage made payable to C Lazenby to cover the costs of sending the correct goods back out, you will also be responsible for sending the goods back to us at your own cost. If you forget to enclose postage payment or instruction on what you would like to happen with your return there will be a delay with processing your return. Under the Distance Selling Regulations act you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund in the event of you not being happy with your order.

Order Despatch Times & Products
Your order should be despatched by us the same day we receive your order if before 14.00pm, order volume dependant. When your order is despatched you should receive it within 3-5 business days, if any product you have ordered is out of stock please allow for extra time to re-stock and then your order will be sent. Occasionally for large orders with products out of stock we may part despatch your order and send all in stock items straight away so do not panic if you only receive half of an order. By ordering from Cadet Tactical Supplies you are agreeing that we can occasionally send you new brochures and offers throughout the year. All weights and sizes on our website are approximates.
 
Knives & Offensive Weapons
As per the Criminal Justice Act 1988, knives and offensive weapons cannot be sold to any persons under the age of 18. If any over 18 products are purchased from our website we will need to see a copy of identification which matches the name on the order or the over 18 product will be refunded and the rest of your order sent.
