In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged or faulty item, please notify us immediately and wait for further return instructions.

Please do not attempt to fix or use the item unless we have authorised this.

Removing parts, damage during fitting, or returning the item in a significantly different condition may cause your refund to be refused.

We always ask for the item to be returned (we like to carry out our own inspection and quality control) so please do not ask for a partial refund.

Refunds will be made using the original purchase method, usually PayPal, please allow up to 5 days for the refund to be processed.

We use Royal Mail for most of our smaller UK and international parcels. We use a next day tracked service for inland deliveries, international delivery times vary and will be as stated on the Royal Mail website.

For larger items we use Parcelforce 24, however if the item is very large it can only be sent using Parcelforce 48 large.

For international delivery of larger items, we mainly use Parcelforce Global Priority and I-Post Parcels.

Some postcodes areas are deemed remote and we are charged a premium. We reserve the right to find an alternate courier service but this may not be next day. In extreme circumstances where no alternative courier can be found, we may ask for a contribution towards the extra cost.

Surcharges apply to the following postcodes: IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30--44, PH4-50, ZE, BT, IM, TR21-25, PO30-41.

We aim to dispatch orders on the next working day. We occasionally list products which are special order items, the dispatch date may be slightly longer. We will notify you if the dispatch date is longer than expected.

We promise to do everything we can to ensure you receive your purchase promptly and on time. Occasionally events beyond our control can cause a delay, we can not be held responsible for any such delays but we will do our best to help you resolve the problem.
