Item exactly as described and sent promptly, however, more protective packing should be used. Of 8 cereal cartons, 6 arrived torn despite outer shipping carton being undamaged. All internal baggies were fine and actual cereal undamaged, so no big issue. Obviously the shippers used by eBay's Global Shipping Programme are at fault.
