BY PURCHASING YOU AGREE TO TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE
 
We aim to send out your order within 1 working day of cleared payment. However, during busy periods this may be extended up to 3 working days. All products are subject to manufacturers’ availability and should we for any reason be unable to complete your order within that time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
 
In the event that your parcel does not arrive within the quoted delivery time, refunds are eligible 15 business days after dispatch for UK only. Only after 15 business days is a parcel declared ' Lost ' by Royal Mail and are eligible for a refund.
 
Most UK orders are sent by Royal Mail using 1st or 2nd Class Post. Heavier items will usually be sent by courier. Whilst the majority of 1st Class parcels are received the following day from posting, this is not a guaranteed service. Standard postage please allow 5 working days.
 
We WILL NOT be held responsible for any overseas deliveries unless a fully tracked delivery method is chosen.
 
Should you not be completely satisfied or change your mind with your purchase, kindly return it to us within 14 days, undamaged/unopened and in its original packaging, we then will happily refund you in full for the products returned (less P&P costs incurred)
 
If your goods are damaged in transit, please advise us within 24 hours upon receipt of goods to enable us to make a claim with the carrier and arrange replacements. We will arrange return of the damaged goods or ask for photographic proof.
