Terms and conditions of the sale
Dispatch and delivery
 
Our aim is to dispatch all Orders placed before 12noon Monday to Friday on the same day.
 
Orders placed after these times or at the weekend will be dispatched on the next available working day.
 
We shall not be responsible for any failure to perform
our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (ie postal strikes bank holidays, failures on the ebay platform and weekend working restrictions)
It is your responsibility to notify us of the delivery address for the goods purchased this must be added to the purchase order at the time of ordering - If no such notification is received orders will be shipped to the address registered with ebay. It is then your responsibility to obtain the goods from your registered delivery address

You will be entitled to a refund if you can prove the description of the goods is significantly incorrect or misleading, You should contact ourselves explaining why you feel the description of the goods does not match the listing description in the first instance. If we find that the description does not match the goods supplied you will receive an immediate refund of any monies paid.
If you claim through ebay and the listing description is correct and ebay refund you, you will be liable to pay for the goods and the return postage if it is found that the description of the goods and the goods supplied matched.

Invoicing - Invoices are not supplied with the goods - you can request a VAT invoice to be sent with the order or up to 30 days after the date of ordering.

For payments to us, if you receive an email notification that our payment details have changed or our e mail address on the payment notification from paypal is different to our registered e mail address please contact us immediately (do not use the contact details or links in ebay to do this) and do not make any payment to the supposed changed account stated. If in any doubt – do not transfer any funds without checking with our reference or accounts department first. BE VIGILANT!! We are not liable for any money sent to a wrong account.
