Interlink 1 Hour Delivery Window

• If you provide us with a mobile phone number and/or an email address, on the day of your delivery Interlink will send you a text and/or email indicating the one hour time window they will be arriving. (Excludes Scottish Highlands**).
• You don't have to wait at home all day or take a day off work! You just need to make sure someone is available for one hour between the times estimated by the couriers.

This service is ideal for customers who want to know exactly when the item will be delivered, so that you don't have to be in all day waiting for the delivery to arrive.

Delivery Information

For deliveries to the UK you have options with both Royal Mail and courier delivery services:

• Next Working Day Courier for Mainland UK (Excludes Scottish Highlands**). The cut off time for deliveries to go out the same day is 3pm Monday to Friday.
• 2-4 Day Courier Delivery for Mainland UK (Excludes Scottish Highlands**).
  
• Delivery will take place between 8am and 7pm Monday to Friday only. Saturday deliveris take place between 8am and 1pm

** Scottish Highlands includes postcodes: AB30-38, AB44-56, FK17-99, G83, IV1-28, IV30-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-33, PA34-40, PH18-26, PH30, PH31-41, PH49-50, HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3.

Delivery Options

A range of shipping options and prices for your order can be found in the drop down menu as you checkout.

If you select Next working day on an order placed on Friday before 3pm, then the parcel will be delivered on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays, in which case it would be the Tuesday) as Saturday is not classed as a normal working day.

For some areas North of Scotland a Next day delivery may not arrive at the local depot until late morning in which case the vehicles may have already started their delivery runs. The delivery will then take place the following day or you may also collect your parcel from the depot.

If we have the item you have ordered in stock then delivery should take no more than the period you selected. Items out of stock may take 2-4 working days, provided they are in stock with our suppliers. If any item is unavailable we will let you know via email, of the time you can expect to wait, should you wish to cancel the order, we will do so.

Deliveries by courier will require someone to sign for the parcel or it will be taken back to your local depot. If no one is available at the time of delivery the driver will usually leave a card and await for you to contact them to arrange an alternative delivery. Parcels can arrive any time upto about 7.00pm, but usually arrive before 5pm.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption, via a secure server which provides the Golden padlock symbol, so you can be confident your card details are safe. We do not store any of your cards details on file, so we are unable to make any further debits from your card if for instance, you wanted to add an item onto your order. You would need to contact us again with your card details or place a seperate order. We accept payment by PAYPAL, SWITCH, SOLO, MASTERCARD, VISA, AND VISA ELECTRON and MAESTRO.

Guarantee

All clothing / equipment are guaranteed against manufacturers defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase, subject to normal use for the product and a receipt shown with the date of purchase. The parts which are defected will be repaired or replaced at our discretion. Scooter Warranty

Scootering is an extreme sport and riders are constantly trying to develop their skill level. Unfortunately due to this the products will get damaged due to normal use, crashes or bails from tricks in skate parks and on the street as new and more advanced tricks are learnt and practised.

It is also the reason why we have different scooters offering different specifications for different intended uses, be it beginner, intermediate or advanced riders. Most scooter companies provide a warranty against manufacturer’s defects for up to 90 days (JD Bug offer a 30 day warranty) from the point of purchase and for the original owner only.

It does not cover wheels, bearings, headset bearings, flex brakes, grip tape, axles, chips, scratches, chunking, flat spots, bending, snapping, cracking or damage of parts that are a result of any normal use or if the product has been modified.

If a problem appears on the scooter within this 90 day period on a part not mentioned above, replacement parts if necessary will be sent, we will not offer any cash refunds or a new scooter, as all parts are replaceable.

To qualify under warranty, you must be the original owner, provide proof of purchase (email receipt is fine) and provide a photo of the damaged part and an image of your complete scooter. In addition to this the product must have been maintained properly and not have been modified in anyway.

The act of scootering is an extreme sport and puts the user in danger of serious injury, we recommend that you use the correct protection and keep your scooter well maintained by doing regular checks on all parts.

We ask you to recognise the aggressive nature of the sport and that failure can occur regardless of wether it is through manufacturers defect or through normal use, abuse, misuse or even as a result of a crash.

Hockey Sticks, Shafts, Blades

Due to the nature of the sport, these items are not guaranteed and can last minutes, weeks or months. An unbreakable stick, shaft and blade would not be allowed within the rules of the various sports.

Skateboarding Equipment

Skateboard decks and Trucks are not guaranteed due to the extreme nature of the sport.

Skate wheels, bearings and aggressive frames are wear and tear items, and as such are not guaranteed.
