I sell brand new, used and collectible used products. Resin based chess pieces are fragile and susceptible to damage in transit. With these products I open the box and check the pieces before dispatch to ensure that you receive the product undamaged and as described in the listing. I sometimes use additional packaging to protect the chess pieces. For example I will add shock absorbing packaging where I consider that there is a risk of excessive movement in transit that could lead to damage.

Please note if the item condition is listed as new then the item is a brand-new, unused, and undamaged item in original retail packaging (where packaging is applicable).

If the item is defective or not to your satisfaction in any way I offer customers 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return and refund.
