COLOURS:
Colours can vary from screen to screen and printer to printer so they may not be exactly as you see them (colours will in majority of cases be lighter than they appear on screen).
 
PERSONALISATION:
If your item requires personalisation please send the details IMMEDIATELY. If you do not send the personalisation details within 24 hours of your order, the item will be sent non-personalised. By buying a personalised item you agree to these terms and conditions.
 
UK POSTAGE:
If you choose the free postage option, your items will be posted via Royal Mail 2nd Class which usually takes 3 to 5 working days to arrive. Please allow this amount of time for your order to arrive. Other services on offer are Royal Mail 1st Class (usually taking 1 to 2 working days) or Royal Mail Special Delivery (usually arriving the next working day excluding the weekend.) We cannot accept any responsibility if your item arrives later than expected as this is out of our hands. Therefore, we advise you order with plenty of notice.
