Post & Packing
We usually despatch items on Mondays, wednesdays and Fridays, we try to process all orders on the same day as payment is received, however this may not always be possible at busy times. Items are sent by either Royal Mail or by Fedex, please check to item description for any further details, some items are only available to certain areas, this will also be shown in the item description. Upon processing your order we will mark the item as despatched, this will generate an message from ebay informing you that your oder is being processed, Where possibly we advise of a tracking number
Royal Mail 1st class: Economical , 1st class has a 1-2 delivery aim but can take a little longer at times, this however doesnt provide any tracking or signature upon delivery. Proof of posting is obtained should a parcel go missing
Royal Mail, 1st class recorded: As with Royal Mail 1st class, this has a 1-2 delivery aim but can take a little longer at times, This service does require a signature upon delivery, should you be unable to take delivery a 'while you were out' card will be left and the item taken to your local sorting office, you can then either collect or arrange with then to have the package re-posted. If an item an is not collected or redelivered then it will be returned to us.
Royal Mail Airmail: Items are usually received within 5-15 days, this can vary depending upon your location and your local postal service. This service DOES NOT PROVIDE TRACKING. Claims for missing items can be made 30 days after posting
Royal mail International signed for: Items are usually received within 5-15 days, this can vary depending upon your location and your local postal service. This service does require a signature upon delivery. Items are only tracked upto leaving the UK postal service. Claims for missing items can be made 30 days after posting
FedEx courier service: This service is offered on larger or heavier items, Deliveries are usualy made on the next working day after despatch. This will require a signature upon delivery, should you not be available at the time of delivery the items will be taken to your local FedEx depot where you be able to collect or rearrange delivery
