We work very closely with these terms to make sure we are completely covered by these laws, so note you are agreeing by these laws when you purchase by binding contract.
 
eBay MESSAGES can only be replied too during our usual business hours of Tuesday to Friday 10.30am to 5.15pm.
 
1. VAT is included where applicable on all sales. For full Terms & Conditions on all internet sales please see our main website www.london.sansha.com and click on our terms at the bottom of the page. If a Vat receipt is required please add a note when paying and we will create it for you. We cannot create a Vat receipt after orders are shipped.
 
2. DISPATCH - All orders placed & paid for by 13.00 BST will be dispatched the same working day if possible Tuesday to Friday, we are closed for internet order dispatches on Saturdays, Sundays & Mondays (and Bank Holidays) as our couriers do not dispatch on those days. Orders placed after 13.00 BST on a weekday (Tuesday to Friday)the item will be dispatched on the next working day. By our definition "Working Days" are Tuesday to Friday.
 
3. FREE POSTAGE on all our listings is for UK Mainland ONLY. see section 3a for exclusions. Days stated for delivery are estimated and not guaranteed in any way by The Dance Shop. Once dispatched from our depot Royal Mail or Parcelforce are in full control of all deliveries and time taken to deliver.
 
3a. LIMITED DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF UK MAINLAND & Extreme Postal Areas - Items for All of Ireland both Southern & Northern, Outer Scotland, Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight and all British Isles our postage charge is £15, we use signed for couriers not domestic post. It will not come next day but covers our extra shipment costs delivery is usually 3-5 days. No other postage service is offered for these destinations.
 
4. NEXT DAY DELIVERY - TUESDAY to FRIDAY ONLY - Orders placed Saturday to Monday, inclusive, Using £15 Next Day Service will not be dispatched until the following Tuesday to arrive Wednesday with customer. If you require NEXT DAY delivery for UK Mainland ONLY, please use that option before paying, same rules apply regarding 13.00 BST cut off for dispatch on all of our working days including Friday. This does not include delivery locations in section 3a and is a service for most UK mainland destinations ONLY.
 
5. DELIVERY ADDRESS - We only post to the Ebay users account address unless Argos Click & Collect Option is used or outside of the UK, this is to prevent fraudulent purchases.. If you require your items to be sent to another address you will need to change that information on your account before placing the order. Do not forget to change your postcode as well as this may delay your item being dispatched.
 
6. POSTAGE - All items are sent registered requiring a signature, we cannot specify a "Safe Place" or any other location. We do not use any other method of delivery only those stated in each listing. This is to make sure the item gets to the person who orders it. Please make sure you are in at the time of the delivery. If you do not know when it will be delivered, please contact us after 7 days of placing your order as the postman may have not left an attempted delivery card. Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or Parcelforce ONLY.
 
7. UK DELIVERY & INTERNATIONAL.
We are now part of the Ebay International Postage Scheme. If you order from outside of the UK Mainland postage charges and delivery estimates are set by Ebay, not ourselves. We Post your item to Ebays International Dispatch Centre and then Ebay send direct to you. Returns for International purchases are sent directly back to us. We DO NOT offer free exchanges outside of the UK mainland.
Extreme postal areas in the UK, such as British Isles & Outer Scotland we cannot estimate delivery times but contact us 14 days after purchase if not received.
 
8. RETURNS - Please make sure they arrive at our premises Tuesday to Friday ONLy otherwise there maybe a delay in exchanges or refunds and they must be sent REGISTERED ONLY requiring a signature by Royal Mail or any courier, otherwise items will not get to us. DO NOT use SPECIAL DELIVERY as it is expensive. Most of our items will go second class registered as they are not heavy. All Returns are fully checked before being refunded or put back on sale. If found soiled or damaged in anyway a refund will be rejected. Picture taken and sent to Ebay as proof of return damage.
Registered & Signed for post is delivered to us when we are open.
If sent by normal post the items may not get to us as we are only open from 10.30 am Tuesday to Friday and postman cannot get large items through our letter box.
If a card is left for your return we cannot get to our local post office as it is too far away.
If you ignore this and do not send your item Registered it is the customers responsibility to recover the item not ours. Your item may be returned to you by the Post Office after 2 weeks.
Some items cannot be returned, these are mentioned in the listings if applicable, usually for items such as underwear, tights etc for hygiene reasons.

8a. REFUNDS. All refunds will be processed as soon as possible. Any buyer returning an item for a Refund when a replacement or exchange could be given instead, may be blocked from making further purchases from our eBay store.
8b. SIZING. Where possible we try to give UK sizes along side Manufacturer sizes. The UK sizes are a GUIDE only on ALL of our listings and are based on our customer selling experiences in our stores. ALL Dancers require different fits and therefore these GUIDES are not 100% accurate as some like a tight fit, some like a loose fit both in clothing and shoes, also dependant on the dancers height and width in feet and body can therefore make a difference of a size or 2 both ways. That is why we offer and exchange service on all of our items. See Term 11.
 
9. AGREEING TO THESE TERMS. Please do not purchase any of our items if you do not agree to all of these terms.
By clicking on Buy It Now you are agreeing by a legal binding contract to these terms and any terms broken or not followed may result in your order being cancelled without notice but will be fully refunded. Pictures on our listings are for reference only to usually show the style. Colours cannot be Guaranteed to be displayed the same due to different settings of screen resolution etc.
 
10. FEEDBACK. Please leave us a positive feedback and 5 star rating on all applicable fields as we try our best to keep all our customers happy as best we can at all times. Contact us first by message or email before opening a case against us or leaving a negative feedback.
 
11. Exchanges. If your item qualifies for an exchange, please use the form enclosed with all purchases. If the listing states - we offer a free exchange for what ever reason the Buyer states, this means the Buyer pays for the return postage to us, we then post out completely free of charge the replacement (subject to stock) and is limited to one exchange ONLY. We cannot do this if the Argos Click & Collect option is used as they use reference numbers on our dispatches and we cannot use that number twice. Also we cannot change the original delivery address. If this is the case then a full refund will be given (subject to our terms if they qualify) and the Buyer will have to make another purchase so a new reference number is generated.
 
RETURNS - must be informed to us not later than 14 days after buyer signs for the delivery, not including that day, and must be received by us 30days from purchase date. Please check before returning any item.
