WHEN WE DELIVER:
Under our normal fast and free delivery option we endeavor to dispatch your new items out so that they are with you within 2 working days unless specified in the live ETA dates provided on listing.
For example, under normal circumstances, if you place an order on a;
- Monday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Wednesday
- Thursday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Monday
- Friday-Sunday: We aim to deliver your item(s) on Tuesday
 
NEED A FAST TRACK / SATURDAY / SUNDAY OR SPECIFIED DAY DELIVERY:
We have secured a special agreement with our carriers to offer the following for an additional fee:
1. Guaranteed next day delivery
2. Chosen day delivery
3. Saturday or a Sunday delivery
4. An upgrade to a white glove 2 man service (Delivery to a room of choice)

WHERE WE DELIVER:
We deliver to all of England and Wales for Free on our standard delivery option.
However, the carriers do impose a surcharge to the specified areas below – We do meet some of the charge ourselves but regrettably, the rest is passed on to you.

- Some parts of the Lowlands and the Highlands of Scotland (including Aberdeen)
- Northern & Southern Ireland

HOW TO TRACK A DELIVERY:
We will email you with the tracking details and the carriers contact details once your order has been dispatched – So please ensure that you check that both your contact email address and mobile telephone numbers are updated before placing an order, as these being incorrect may cause a delay on delivery and you will not be able to track your order.
If you know you are not going to be able to take delivery at the agreed time please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements to avoid further charges.
 
IF A DELIVERY FAILS:
If nobody is home to take the delivery at the agreed the carriers will impose a charge starting at £25.00+ to re-deliver.
If you know you are not going to be able to take delivery at the agreed time please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements to avoid a failed delivery and further charges.
It is important that you check your contact details are correct before placing an order.
 
HOW ARE DELIVERIES MADE:
1 MAN & PARCEL:
- This service is for small items such as Bedsides, Chest of Drawers, Wardrobes, Beds, Some Mattresses & Coffee Tables etc
- Most deliveries are within the 3 hour window estimated on the tracking
- Delivery is to the Ground floor entrance of a property (including flats)
- Text alerts with some carriers
- Next day and Saturday delivery upgrades available upon request
 
2 MAN WHITE GLOVE SERVICE:
- This service is for medium items such as Sofas, Large Tv Media units etc
- Pre delivery call booking the delivery with you
- Text alerts & 1 hour predelivery contact by driver
- Positioning of goods service to room of choice (Up to 3rd floor only)
- Professional smart uniformed drivers
- Unpacking and inspection prior to signing for delivery
- Next day and Saturday delivery upgrades available upon request
 
PALLET DELIVERY:
- This service is for large orders (multiple Wardrobe Sets or Sofas) or fragile items (Sinks, Glass Tables etc)
- Chosen delivery day booked with our team prior to dispatch
- Delivery is to the nearest kerbside
- Notification emails to keep you up to date
- Items securely protected during transit
- If requested wooden pallet removed after being emptied
- Next day and Saturday delivery upgrades available upon request
 
WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE SIGNING FOR DELIVERY:
Nobody checks every piece in every box before signing the delivery slip/device.
Drivers are pressured to get their deliveries completed quickly so that they can move onto the next delivery – but we ask them to be as patient as possible.
To make the delivery process as quick and easy as possible please follow the below information:
- Please check all boxes externally before signing for a delivery - If there are any signs of damage to the external packaging, (rips/marks) please sign the delivery as "DAMAGED"
- If the item is clearly badly damaged within the packaging then please refuse the delivery, but do not sign. (can hear a broken mirror / pieces sticking through boxes etc)
 
REPORTING A PROBLEM
The carriers we use are very good and it is very unusual that there is a problem, in the rare occasion that there is an issue with delivery; please prepare the following information message the team via eBay messages
- Your Order Number
- Delivery postcode & daytime telephone number
- Photos clearly showing what you can see
- Brief outline of the problem (which box, which part #, batch number on boxes etc)
