We aim to dispatch all sales within 24 hours of payment being cleared through paypal. There are occasions when this does not happen but we will contact you.

We use Hermes or Royal Mail as our standard postage services if you require your item next day then there is an option for you to choose.

Multiple purchases will be combined in one package where possible. If the combined items have different free postage methods, then the whole order will be sent via the most appropriate method. This will not effect any purchases where additional postage is purchased for next day delivery. Combined purchases over 2kg will always be sent via Hermes for standard delivery and not Royal Mail. For express next day delivery over 2kg these will be sent by Parcelforce.

We post Monday to Friday and aim to get all orders that are purchased before 12pm dispatched that day. We do not post on a Saturday or Sunday. If an item is marked as dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday this purely means it has been packaged and is awaiting collection on Monday.
