We ship worldwide. All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing. All UK orders are dispatched from Northern Ireland. All Irish orders are dispatched from Dublin. This ensures the quickest delivery time to both locations. Unverified or Unconfirmed paypal addresses may encounter a holding period, please ensure that your paypal account is verified before purchasing as this will reduce delays. We reserve the right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses.

Insurance can be purchased on all items. In the unlikely event of a lost item, an INF form must be completed, signed and returned to us. We will then forward this to the post office for investigation and a claim can be made. We take buyer fraud very seriously. All lost items will be fully investigated.

Please allow 10 working days for items to arrive before contacting us. Delivery time within Ireland is usually 24 hours after dispatch. Delivery to UK 2-5 working days, delivery to Worldwide 5-10 working days depending on location. We will not ship to alternative addresses. Please change your ebay address if you wish for us to ship to an alternative address. This is to avoid fraud.

Payment on items is expected within 3 days from the date of sale. After 7 days, we will start the unpaid item process to reclaim fees. If you purchase an item by mistake please contact us immediately. Please note that payment made by PayPal e-Cheques typically take 12 days to clear.

Postal Orders: We accept postal orders for all our items. We are happy to accept postal orders in all currencies. Postal orders are made payable to "Vida IT Ltd."

Bank Draft: We accept bank drafts for all order purchases. We accept bank drafts in all currencies. Bank drafts can be made out to "Vida IT Ltd."

By confirming your order you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Our prices are subject to change.

2. All goods are subject to availability.

3. Provided you keep the goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 14 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 14 day period. If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact Vida IT within 30 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund and we will arrange return at our own expense. Vida IT reserves the right to retain the cost of delivery where goods are returned for no cause.

4. Vida IT’s liability for any injury (other than death or personal injury), damage or loss, in particular consequential loss, arising from the use of any goods purchased via this web site, or from the transaction itself, are hereby excluded. Any injury, damage or loss arising directly from the negligence of Vida IT or any of its agents will be limited to a refund of the value of the goods purchased, together with any delivery charges paid.

Warranty

All our products come with a minimum of a one year warranty unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please keep your payment receipt from Vida IT, as this is serve as your warranty certificate. Warranty is valid from the date of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions: The terms of the warranty agreement will be deemed null and void if there is evidence of:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, improper installation or testing, unauthorized attempts to open, repair, or modify the product, or any other causes beyond the range of intended use.
• Physical damage to the surface of the product, including cracks or scratches to screens or outside casing.
• Damage caused by accident, fire, water, power changes, other hazards, or acts of God.
• Use of the product with any third party device or service if such device or service causes the problem.

If any of the previous terms are deemed to be in effect, the seller reserves the right to release themselves from any contractual or legal agreement with the purchaser.

Warranty Terms: If a defect does occur during the period of warranty, the buyer should immediately notify the warranter. At the warranter's option the product will be replaced or repaired. If this cannot reasonably be done, the warranter reserves the right to refund the purchase price paid for the product. The replacement product is warranted for it's inherent duration or through to the end of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Items can be returned to Vida IT within 14 days of receipt. Once this period has passed, we will only accept defective items covered under warranty.

• If an item is defective and not in working condition on arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will issue you with return authorisation number for the item. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and free from esthetic damage. Please include your name, ebay ID, email and reason for return in the email. Please carefully repack the item and return by registered post.
• All returned items will be tested and if found to be defective, a replacement item will be shipped to the buyer at the sellers expense. If a suitable replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non-refundable.
• If an item is found to be free from defects, the item will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense. Please note that the buyer is responsibe for any incurring costs in this instance. Please insure fully that the item is defective before returning.
