Shipping Methods
Your order will be despatched on the same working day if your payment is received before 1pm. If your payment is received after 1pm on a working day, your order will be despatched on the next working day or if paid after 1pm on Friday, your order will be despatched on Monday morning. The standard delivery to a UK mainland address is approximatelly 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday. This information is given as a guideline only provided by our couriers. These delivery times may vary due to a busy period or other similar circumstances which are out of our control and because of that we cannot be held responsible for delays in postal deliveries. If you don't receive your item within 5 working days from the day it was despatched please contact us.
Returns
You must contact us for authorisation code before returning any goods. You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of delivery, starting the day after you receive the goods, and return your order for a refund. Should you cancel the order we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods. It is your responsibility to give notice of your wish to cancel within this cancellation period by email. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods. The goods must be returned by you in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded delivery service. We will offer refund for new items which are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order. Items must be returned in the same brand new, unused and saleable condition with all labels and original packaging. If the goods are unsuitable, a refund for the purchased price will be issued. It may take up to 28 days to refund your payment from the date your items arrive in our warehouse. We also offer collections for £9.99. In the unlikely event that your goods are received damaged or faulty, or they develop a fault in a very short period of time, 30 days from purchase, please contact us. If we cannot repair the damaged items we will offer a replacement or exchange it with any other item. If the customer prefers any other item as an exchange then the difference in price will be either refunded or charged to the customer. We strongly recommend that you examine your luggage carefully before leaving the airport. Damage due to mishandling by the airports staff is not covered by our warranty. You must file a claim with the airline before leaving the airport.
