12 MONTH MANUFACTURE WARRANTY RETURNS COSTS.
 
All warranties are a manufactures warranty and are back to base,return to base means goods that require service during the warranty period are returned back to steepletone products Ltd.
 
Within the first 28 days from receipt we will pay for both *collection and return postal costs, small items are to be returned via royal mail recorded delivery Direct to the manufacture please keep proof of return in case you need to claim for any loss or damage, for larger goods we may arrange to collect via a courier service but we will not pay any extra packing materials so please keep the original packing as the item was originally delivered, after the first 28 days and the remaining warranty we will only pay to return the repaired or replaced item back to you, it is your the (consumers) responsibility to return the faulty item to us or the manufacture for service (Excludes floor standing jukeboxes, see below) we will still assist in a collection from you of larger goods but this will need to be paid for through paypal or other method before we will collect unless we agree otherwise.
 
Should an item you have purchased from Nic-ola Nostalgia fail and need service within the first 6 months of receipt we will offer a repair or replacement where possible or you have the right to a full or partial refund depending on time passed and or weather your claim is for an inherent fault, please note that after 6 months we will offer a repair or replacement where possible but should you request a refund this will be your responsibility to prove the fault was inherent as per your consumer statutory rights.
 
All warranty / faulty return claims at require a full refund will be checked by the manufacture before we will issue any refunds, if the item is not faulty we will return the item to you with NO refund, if the item has been damaged in any way we will return the item to you with NO refund! or if you feel the item was damaged in the return post you must make a claim against the company used for return, also if any items are returned for refunds other than for faulty goods in a used condition we will not offer a refund and return the item to the customer so please look after the product and packing if you intend to return!
 
PLEASE NOTE ALL SMO-SERIAL NUMBERS ARE RECORDED ON EVERY ITEM SHIPPED.
 
*Applies to UK MAINLAND only (does not include Northern or Southern Ireland or any other OFF the UK Mainland location or any part of the EU community or international location) also if you purchase an item thats delivered to a UK mainland address and later move taking the said item to an off uk mainland location all warranty returns costs both ways are the purchasers sole responsibility!
 
ALL FLOOR STANDING JUKEBOXES.
 
All floor standing jukeboxes must be made ready for collection in the original packaging as in the statement above! we will arrange to collect the jukebox via courier at our **cost as this is costly and we would not expect the customer to pay for this during the full 12 months warranty period, but if the original packing box and all internal packing have been discarded we cannot collect at our cost and you would need to make alternative arrangements to return the jukebox to the manufacture for warranty service and collect the jukebox once repairs are completed or alternatively purchase a NEW box and packing from the manufacture this we can help with and costs around £30.00 plus postage so please retain the box and all internal packing.
 
**PLEASE note before: the collection of any floor standing jukebox under warranty from any OFF the UK mainland location including northern Ireland /southern Ireland are the customers sole responsibility, we will ***assist in the collection and return but all courier costs must be paid for in full before your jukebox is collected! ***we do not assist in the collection of any items sent to any other EU or international country, all returns to the UK for what ever reason including warranty service are the consumers responsibility also including the return of the repaired/replaced item back to your location so if your outside the UK mainland more so an EU or international location please bare this in mind before you buy as the contract with us here in the United Kingdom!
 
All second hand goods carry NO warranty but have been fully tested (14 day returns still stand as normal) All "B GRADE" goods carry a 30 day warranty.
 
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT CLAIMS!
 
Any damaged in transit items must be notified within 24 hours of signature after this time we can not make any claims against the courier so please check upon delivery.
 
if at the time of signing for your goods at the door please check the shipping box if the box is damaged or has any holes or you feel the item could be damaged PLEASE sign for as UNCHECKED or BOX DAMAGED and your signature under this, this is very important! once signed for you accept the item is in a satisfactory condition and we can not claim and lose out so please help us by remembering this.
