We endeavour to dispatch all orders received before 14.00 UK Time on the same working day. However on rare occasions this may take up to 2 working days. We will notify you of dispatch as soon as items are on their way.

ODIN only supplies proven and reliable tier 1 brands for the tactical market. Unfortunately nothing is perfect and sometimes things do not work-out. It is in these instances that we at ODIN excel and our excellent Customer Service can help you get the problem solved ASAP.

In the unlikely event you do require to return an item or exchange then please get in touch for a returns number and to arrange the return.

If the item/s are un-used and still in their original packaging we accept all returns up to 30 days after purchase.

We do understand however that some of our Professional customers are sometimes unable to meet this 30 day limit and handle these matters on a case by case basis in this instance. We do however not cover your postage costs unless we have made a mistake or been at fault with any part of the delivery of the order or if the item/s are faulty.

If you require an exchange we can send return postage paid labels (UK Only) if required at a cost of £8.00 this also covers the return postage back to yourselves.
