If returning an item for a refund or exchange without it being faulty it must be in resalable condition in original packaging. If you buy a part without checking the listing or after providing an incorrect part number there will be a 20% handling surcharge. 

Electrical goods will not be accepted back once sold. Warranty is limited to repair, replacement or exchange of part only.

No refund on warranty parts due to faulty workmanship. Labour costs are not covered in any circumstances.

We do not have facilities for collections. We value our customers and have a 7 day returns policy. In the unlikely event that the item is not suitable, you may return it to us as new in original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund of the cost of the item(s) only. Refund on faulty items will only be issued once the item is tested and proven to be faulty. If the item is found not to be faulty a 20% handling surcharge will be deducted from any refund due. Refund will be issued using same method as payment. This charge will be deducted from any refund due. As per ebay rules customers will be responsible for return postage. Warranty on all items is strictly limited to customers within the UK.
