Shipping:  Shipping for most items takes 2-5 working days.  The wooden ranges and some special order items take 2-4 weeks.  All orders require a contact telephone number for the couriers, if one is not supplied, it may delay your order.

Delivery:  Delivery charges are specified on each listing.  Furniture orders to the following areas may incur a £6 delivery surcharge per item:  Shetlands, Orkneys, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, and some remote Highland areas and other islands.  If in doubt email us at info@whitediabolo.co.uk to find out if your address occurs a surcharge.

Prices: All prices and shipping charges are shown clearly, no hidden extras. As of March 2012, we are no longer VAT regsitered. If ordering in bulk, please contact us.

Returns:  If your item is faulty or incorrect we will arrange collection and delivery of a new item at no cost to you or you will be offered a full refund once the item is collected.  Please inform us within 7 days of receipt.  Returns for other reasons will be accepted within 7 days of receipt, customer to pay return shipping costs.
