• We make every effort to dispatch within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, items purchase before 12 noon generally go out that day (Exc. weekends and bank holidays). If you need an item quickly, usually it’s not a problem, but call before you buy to check – additional costs may apply for guaranteed next day delivery
• Depending on what you buy, when you buy it and how much it weighs, items will be sent by Royal Mail 1^st / 2^nd class, Royal Mail Special Delivery (Insured), City-Link 24hr (Insured) or Parcelforce 48hr (Insured).

RETURNS

We offer a seven day no questions asked returns policy on the understanding that the following criteria have been met:

• Any product returned must be in its original re-saleable condition with original packaging with tags if applicable
• Items must not have been used or modified

• We must be informed by email of any return request within 7 days of the original purchase date –support@dive-board.co.uk
• You will be refunded your entire purchase price (postage and packaging not included unless otherwise agreed)
• Items to be returned at your cost unless otherwise agreed within 14 days of original purchase date
• DiveBoard Limited cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage of goods during return transit, please ensure you have sufficient cover with your carrier.
