We use only good quality packaging materials which includes recycled packing where possible to minimise environmental impact. In the unlikely event that an item should arrive damaged please let us know by email or phone and we will either replace or refund at our discretion (subject to supporting evidence being supplied if requested).

We send an email following the close of the listing to advise all winning bidders of their purchase. Buyers with items still unpaid after 7 days are sent 1 reminder, if still unpaid after 10 days we will apply to ebay to refund our seller fees (ebays commission) on the sale.
