At Red Dragon Magic we want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us, but as we are in the business of selling knowledge (secrets), please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our terms of business should you wish to return an item.
Returning Item (Not Faulty) Should you receive your item and you simply don't like it, or ordered it by mistake please notify us within 30 days. We will then authorize your return. Please note: the item should be returned to us in the condition it arrived i.e. in original unopened packaging and unused. Please be sure to follow the return instructions exactly before sending the item for return. Once received and the item has been checked as sellable, a full refund will be issued and we will notify you to confirm this has happened. Please note if the item is lost when you send it back to us we will not be able to issue the refund. As a result of this please obtain proof of postage / returned via eBay's track-able service.
PLEASE NOTE: Should the packaging of a magic trick be returned to us opened, we will come to the conclusion that you have viewed the secret. As this knowledge cannot be returned to us, and the secret makes up most of the trick, we will reserve the right to withhold 70% of the refund and return 30% back to you.
Received Item (Faulty) Should you receive an item and it is faulty, please message us within 30 days of delivery. In the message please include a description of the damage, your ebay username and photographic evidence of the damage. Once this message is received it will be referred to our customer service team and dealt with accordingly. If there is a part that can be replaced on the item then we will send this out, if this is not possible a complete replacement item will be sent out. In either case, there should be no need to return the faulty item or part. However, if we do require the item back we will let you know and organize the return postage. We will not issue a refund if an item is faulty; we will repair or replace on every occasion.
Received Wrong Order: In the extremely rare circumstances you receive the wrong item, please firstly accept our sincere apologies. We would then ask that you message us. We will then authorize a return of the wrong item. Once the incorrect item has been dispatched and received we will organize for the correct item to be dispatched as a priority.
