UK Buyers are covered by the UK Distance Selling Regulations and are required to notify us within 7 days of receipt of their order if they intend returning the order. Customers are expected to return the order securely at their expense and in the condition sent. We recommend the use of a traceable service. Having been properly notified we must receive the order back no later than 14 calendar days after the customer signed for the original delivery. Orders received back after this generous 14 day period (specified by EBay) will not be acknowledged unless we have given prior dispensation. We take no responsibility for goods returned until they are received by us.
