Shop categories | Triang Scalex model motor yacht "Empress". This model looks as if it has never been used, it still has its paper name plates attached and window stickers which would have been washed off if the boat had ever been in water. The plastic model appears totally undamaged and as far as I can see is complete. Unfortunately the key is missing so I cannot test the clockwork motor. There is also its original box, but this has suffered quite a lot of damage with one end missing its flaps, numerous creases and small marks. The box also says it is for the Christine yacht but on the end flap there is a label saying this box contains S432 Empress. Presumably the factory had run out of Empress boxes and used the boxes for the Christine with an amendment label on them. |
